From Tavarnelle to Turin: publisher Peter Dowling is currently working on the English version of the book about the Tavarnelle episode: a few years ago the little town in Chianti discovered that the forces who liberated the area in World War II were not Americans but South Islanders and Maori from New Zealand. (Listeners may remember Cartolina’s interview with the Major of Tavarnelle Stefano Fusi in October 2008).

Peter will also talk about his attendance at the Turin Book Fair this year. For more information visit http://librointernational.blogspot.com).
