Wine critic and sound artist Jo Burzynska tells of her two projects: the first
one, made using noises re-corded during the Christchurch February Earthquake in
2011. The second one, realized using noises recorded at a winery in Italy. These
were then presented at a festival in Campania. We play extracts from both
